By accessing or using the ADBIX.NET network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Publisher Requirements
To participate in the ADBIX.NET publisher program, your website must comply with our quality guidelines. We strictly prohibit the use of our services on websites containing:
- Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
- Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content.
- Illegal downloads, pirated software, or copyright-infringing material.
- Malware, phishing scripts, or deceptive software.
We reserve the right to review and reject any website at our sole discretion, without providing a specific reason.
2. Fraud and Invalid Traffic (IVT)
ADBIX.NET has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent traffic. Publishers must not generate artificial impressions or clicks using bots, automated scripts, click-farms, or forced-click mechanisms. Any publisher found engaging in fraudulent activities will have their account permanently suspended, and any pending revenue will be forfeited and refunded to the affected advertisers.
3. Payments and Accounting
We operate on a Net-60 payment schedule. This means the earnings generated in a specific month will be paid out 60 days after the end of that month. The minimum payout threshold is $100. If your balance is below $100, it will roll over to the next billing cycle. We offer payments via PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Payoneer. It is the publisher's responsibility to ensure their payment details are correct in the dashboard.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ADBIX.NET, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
